Today I spoke with David and he was great! We played phone tag for a good part of the day but even after he was off he called me back to set up my service. He was so nice and explained everything in detail to me. I hope I receive the same customer service everytime I have to call.
I had called in twice already into Customer Care and had given up but Issac was a welcome change. Not only did he own the problem I was having but fixed it immediately and made sure to follow up as well. Awesome customer care!
