I had called in twice already into Customer Care and had given up but Issac was a welcome change. Not only did he own the problem I was having but fixed it immediately and made sure to follow up as well. Awesome customer care!
Shelia was awesome. Took a lot of time explaining everything to me . Frontier Utilities have the best plans. I have been looking for a new provider for about 2 weeks and could not find any that were even close. Looking forward to saving money. Thank you Shelia and Frontier.

Flor explained the plan 155.00 for up to 2000 kwph and .159 per kwph over 2000. This would be a great cost savings. Thanks for the help
