The entire staff was excellent starting from the registration desk, to the nurse, to the radiology tech to the doctor. We were very happy with the overall service. Hopefully we will not need to visit an ER facility ever again but if we do, we will go to FRONTLINE ER. MS Richmond Texas

Great place to go for your emergency needs.The crew took very good care of me and my babies. If ever I had to I would defiantly come back. Thank you to Dr.K Fitzgerald, the nurses Kiran/Brenda and my X-ray tech Jay! Thanks again for your care you provided. FYI very clean ER and they gave us awesome snacks.

We came in for a back ache I had from an accident. The front desk immediately greeted us with smiles and got us filling out what forms were necessary quickly! The walk-in appointment was quick and easy. I was taken care of by Martha, John RN , Dr. Ali and Christine quickly and effectively! Very nice place. They were so welcoming and friendly! We were pleasantly greeted by Fatima and shortly after Lorena called me to the back and walked me to my room. She was extremely kind as will as my nurse Kiran. She took such good care of me. Dr. Trujillo has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease. Such a great staff and I received great customer service.

Came in with my sister and cousin after they got into a car accident. We were greeted by Fatima and Lorena who were both very nice and welcoming. There was no wait. Our nurse, Kiran, was very friendly and courteous to us. Dr. Trujillo was knowledgeable and really helped my sister understand her injuries. Overall, we had a great experience here.
