My ear started bothering my a couple of days before my vacation was scheduled to start; I knew that I did not have time to make a regular dr's appointment AND be seen before leaving town so I popped into Frontline ER, they called me back immediately. Dr. Trujillo wrote rx for antibiotic AND gave me the name of an ENT specialist "just in case" the whole process took less than 1/2 hour!! Thank You Frontline ER/Richmond!!

My name is Paulette C. Frontline took care of my daughter when another ER center didn't care properly for her. Thank God for the Doctor and nurses and receptionist who took the time to care for her. Thanks Frontline at 7051 FM 1464.

Frontline is def my first priority. Stephanie had checked us in asap. Perla,our nurse, was very friendly and was was there trying to help us in our situation. Dr S.Fitzgerald really impressed me on how she handled our case as we have been running around trying to get it sorted. the radiologist , Lorena and the doctr worked really hard ..with 100% effort and dedication.would def recommend frontline er .Super friendly staff.

I had the flu like symptoms and decided to go to frontline ER just to make sure I didn't have anything serious. They took care of me really well. All the staff was amazing and helpful. I would recommend FRONTLINE ER. Registration desk: Zelda Nurse: Selina Doctor: Dr. Belay Radiology Tech: Hasan

Brought my daughter in today because of fever and sore throat. Front desk Antoinette and nurse Selina were wonderful very informative! Dr Belay was wonderful as well. I recommend coming to FrontlineER if you are ever I'll. Thanks you all!

I took my husband in to this ER this morning and we were met by Martha, a very polite registration clerk. She informed of of what was to take place. Next came Hasan, the Rad tech, that did the vitals and told us what would happen next. Selina,RN came in and took his med history, she was professional and funny which helped to relax my husband. Then Dr. Trujillo came in to evaluate him, got more history, did an exam, and had and EKG done. Dr. Trujillo came back in and gave us his findings with his easy going mannerism. Th... read more

the service I received today was excellent. the team were at the top with time and the nurse was up to task in delivery care. it was an excellent team work.
