Muy satisfecha con mi visita de emergencia para mi y mi hijo, el Staff comenzando por la recepcionista Zelda, La nurse Brenda, LA Doctora S. Fitzgerald y la Radiologa Lorena,, muy profesionales y el hospital muy limpio más que contenta de ir a un hospital Emergencia y quedar tan satisfecha. Se los recomiendo

I went to Frontline ER to get some stitches removed, when I arrived I was greeted by Zelda at the front desk, she was very polite and helped me get all my worker's comp sorted out. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was then called in by Lorena who then took me to my room, she then fixed my bed to my comforting asked if I needed a blanket, and made me feel at home. Excellent services !!! They are very fast in response, On front desk Fatima completed all the primary form very quick. ER is very clean and nice, Selina is awesome she took care of me very well, perfectly trained, Then dr Neal Agarwal did all checkup, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wow, was I impressed. I called ahead to verify they would take third party insurance. Zelda at the front desk took all the information she needed and called me back 20 minutes later to inform me my insurance was covering the tab. When I arrived, she had most of the paperwork filled out for me. I filled in the blanks and the nurse Larry took over from there. He took vitals and got me settled in. I went to the Frontline ER 9-13-16 in so much pain cause I had kidney stones & I was dehydrated Dr. Fitzgerald & her nurse Selina were on top of my situation and they took good care of me. They were very attentive and were very helpful thank you so much to Dr Fitzgerald and her wonderful staff I would recommend my family to this ER �

Took my 10 yr old in for a suspected fracture. Clean, calm. Front desk was easy and welcoming. Zelda made it easy. Selena was thorough and calming. I loved that Dr. Fitzgerald addressed my daughter not just me for questions. Antoinette even walked us to the car to hug her and get her in the car. Definitely will be back!

We went to the FRONTLINE ER for my mother, as she was experiencing high blood pressure and was feeling queasy. I must say the staff at FRONTLINE ER not only took care of my mother, but also comforted my family, and were very hospitable. I would like to give a special shout out to Stephanie, Perla, and Dr. Fitzgerald. A special thank you to Lorena for being super active and super caring towards to my mother. Great work guys. Keep it up!
