This is the second time I have gone to Frontline ER and I have been highly impressed. From registration with Jennifer, to the nurse Arwin, Dr. Trujillo and x-ray tech Can. They were very welcoming and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I went here to get treated for a laceration on my thumb. They did not stitch it. They just put glue and a bandage which came off the day after. I came back to check on my wound . They refused to redo it unless I paid them again. Worst service I ever had.

The couple of times I've had to visit this ER it was very pleasant. This time, though the receptionist was very nice, my nurse John had a terrible bed side manner and the doctor seem clueless (and needed to read up on my symptoms). The nurse's language was belittling and he act as if I was bothering him ( for being there). The dr was very stand-off-ish and I felt rushed. Thinking I'd drive further for a better experience next time any of my family gets sick.

The nurse was rude, not patient and was yelling at the patient "what brought you here, repeatedly when the patient was clearly talking to another staff member.

In person the staff was amazing but when you call by phone for additional help they leave you on hold for more than 20 minutes and provide no help. Disappointing......

BE AWARE! Be carefully when you visit this facility. I went there when i had allergy with some questions and 1 shot injection for medication and i have to pay 1. visit level 4... - $1957 and i also receive bill called " evaluation & Management Service". and I have to pay for $556 TOTAL FOR FIRST VISIT I HAVE TO PAY: $2513 The medication did not work and i visit second time. So after few questions and prescription from Dr. A month later I receive payment bill with "evaluation & Management service" $366 plus $1... read more

Trian Scott we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your bill. Frontline ER uses a billing department and if you call this number 866.655.7928 they will gladly work with you on your bill. Usually cost are determined based on the patients insurance plan and their coverage, so it does vary for everyone. I do however hope that you received great service when you visited us and were able to get better after treatment. Wishing you and your family a Happy New Years.

Head nurse has no customer service skills they need to send her back to school VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and you need to have a freaking sign in sheet you give the patient paper to sign people leaving coming back 9 hrs later turning in the paper work and they get call before the people who was sitting there 3 hrs that did not leave and come back we sit there those 3 hrs til y'all start seeing patients so my service there was VERY POOR AND THAT WAS VERY WRONG HOW me and my grandson was treated....
