We went to the FRONTLINE ER for my mother, as she was experiencing high blood pressure and was feeling queasy. I must say the staff at FRONTLINE ER not only took care of my mother, but also comforted my family, and were very hospitable. I would like to give a special shout out to Stephanie, Perla, and Dr. Fitzgerald. A special thank you to Lorena for being super active and super caring towards to my mother. Great work guys. Keep it up!

Want to thank Dr. Tran and Dr. Trujillo for taking care of my family. This visit calmed this parent down. Was relieved to be seen so quickly and professionally by Dr. Trujillo and his friendly staff. Would rather come here than wait another 4hrs at another ER.

I arrived at the facility on 9/4/16 and was experiencing dizziness. Antoinette immediately tended to the paperwork so I could be seen immediately. My nurse Selma took my vitals and explained everything she was performing. After taking the vitals, Dr. Trujillo did the examination and test to find out what was wrong with me. I want to thank everyone at Frontline ER in Richmond for taking such good care of my little boy. Stephanie at the front desk was quick to help as soon as I walked in the door. Selina, our nurse, was one of the most caring nurses Ive ever seen. She made my son feel calm even though he feeling terrible from being sick. Our Doctor, Dr. Gonzalez, was extremely thorough and did not make me feel rushed at all. This is some of the best care that I have ever received from an Emergency Care.

My 4 year old was taken care by the most amazing staff on 6/27 right before leaving on his dream vacation to Disney World. They made sure he had the right attention so our flight that we would catch that afternoon would be pleasant for him. His nurse Selina and Candy were very patient with him (he is scared of Dr's offices) and Dr. Trujuio the best!! The experience from the front desk with Jay all the way to the back the best especially with a sick 4 year old THANK SO MUCH we now have your facility in our address book!!'

This place 5 stars for sure. They took me in in seconds, X-ray with results and treatment plan for my broken finger in less then 1 hour. This person is amazing Selina the nurse . The all team is great Thank You

Frontline from beginning to end was a great experience (other than being in the ER). Stephanie was very pleasant greeting me and worked hard to find my insurance information. Selina was an awesome nurse she loves her job and it shows. Very caring and compassionate she gets it done for the patient. Lorena was very kind as well and Dr. Ali took time to explain things to me. Don't ever want to go to the ER but if I do it will definitely be here
