I was here a week ago for severe abdominal pain. As a health care worker myself, I was extremely impressed with the level of care, professionalism and attention I received. I was eventually admitted to Memorial Herman Hospital in Memorial City, and the transition couldn't have been more easier. Frontline arranged everything, from making a diagnosis, contacting the hospital, providing an ambulance, and managing my pain, as I was transferred directly from Frontline straight to my hospital room. I had to visit the Frontline ER on 1464 on Wednesday 2/24/2016. I was preparing dinner and slice a chunk off of my index finger and I could not get it to stop bleeding. I walked in and they were able to take me in immediately. Dr. Tran, Nurse Sabrina, Jay the Technician and Martha the receptionist are a "great" team they are very caring and kind and I would highly recommend Frontline ER!
Shout out to the night crew! Rosa, Antoinette, Thomas and Dr. Quintanilla! Y'all made me feel very comfortable and this place is clean and gorgeous! I love the chandeliers! But I highly recommend this place! Prices are very reasonable and they will work with you. Not once did I feel passed around or mistreated! Thank you for making me feel like myself again! btw the goodie bags are awesome!!
I’ve been here for an hour and 17 minutes and have yet to have an X-ray…There is literally no one else here…Do not come here if you’re injured…Negative 5 Stars! BTW, I’m still here!
