*******, came at the time he scheduled. He wore his mask and was very efficient and very thorough in explaining what was causing the problem, although it would take more diagnostic work. The clarity ******* provided was that he asked if we were under warranty as the 'fix' was going to be costly. Then he was very honest in saying that we needed to go back to the company that installed the furnace and we would be given priority getting the problem corrected. Fast response to replace leaking water heater. Installation was quick, efficient and the work area was left tidy and clean. Technicians were personable and passed on some tips for taking care of the new heater. The water heater itself is of high quality and works very well. A good job.

Great service. A/C compressor being replaced on warrantee. Came out as soon as the part was available and installed it quickly and efficiently. Works great, just in time for the heat wave, much appreciated in this weather.

Excellent service. Very reliable. Totally trustworthy. Alerts you of future maintenance concerns if needed. Gives professional service and guidance. Is effective and cost effective. Service plans have trustworthy billing. Gives good advice what is needed and not needed in the timeframes for that. This is a company that we have dealt with in the past and that has returned after being bought out. We are glad to have them back. Good for the furnace family.

My experience is very new however, I found Furnace Family to be straightforward, on time, and informative. The technician who installed our garage heater took the time to explain operations, answer questions, and was just friendly in nature. He gave the impression if I had any issues or concerns, there would be an immediate follow up and satisfaction would be guaranteed. Our service rep, also assured us that is what FF is all about; customer satisfaction.

Today I had a hot water tank installed by *****. His service was of the highest calibre from the time that he arrived until he departed. The work was neatly done at every stage, and he took time to ensure that EVERY aspect was properly completed. This company can be proud to have an employee like *****. Absolutely the best! Yesterday **** started and completed an aluminum wiring upgrade on plugs and switches for me and did it extremely well! I am so pleased and impressed with the work ethic, knowledge and customer kindness and service provided by Furnace Family. Questions were answered and explanations of services provided were appreciated.
