The pilot light on our aging furnace went. out. *************************** came promptly, quickly solved the problem and clearly showed he is very knowledgeable about availability of parts for older furnaces and possibilities for replacement furnaces.

****** I needed a new gas furnace, hot water tank & A/C unit. ********* set up an appointment. ***** came out and gave a competitive price quote, with air miles and installation dates and had vast product knowledge and the installation process. The installation team of Daniil, ***************** were all very professional and meticlous technicians and completed the job in just one day.They tested, cleaned up job area and communicated very personably. During the coldest days of the year our furnace decided to call it quits. We have a wood stove so heat wasn't an issue. Called Funace Family and within a couple of days Jeff R*** was sent out. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to correct the problem immediately and no need to purchase a new furnace. Also, our hot water tank needed replacing. In winter, ***** *** ****turned a different heating contractor’s “six weeks wait without heat for furnace replacement” into a Furnace Family's “next week fix at a quarter of the cost". Much relieved and very appreciative!

My furnace sprung a gas leak and the hot water tank was not producing enough hot water for a shower. Phoned for numerous quotes from multiple companies and ***** from Furnace Family was the quickest to book an appointment. I requested to make a smaller footprint with the two replacements and ***** was factual and realistic with my requests, making suggestion to best obtain my end result.
