I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.
We had a new furnace installed the estimator was very informative and the install guys were first class. The whole experience was really great no pressure and the house has never been this comfortable.

Very impressed with the service provided, two furnaces, tankless system and A/C replacement. Price was right and the level of professionalism was very good. They kept me up to date on what was going on and promised to get everything installed in two days and they did. Would recommend them without any hesitation.
Technician was on time for a new furnace and new water heater installation and finished the installation all in one day. Asked the technician a favor to loosen the anode rod for the water heater and greased the threads with pipe dope so that it will be easier to replace years later when its required which he gladly helped. He took a before and after pic of the job and everything looked great. Good job!
