Chris B. was our technician to help install a furnace humidifier onto an older model furnace, which presented challenges within itself. But Chris was amazing, incredibly patient with great communication skills throughout the process, going above and beyond to let us know what to look for, for preventative maintenance down the line. We were more than grateful and can't recommend Furnace Family enough for that friendly and authentic engagement.
I'm very happy with tankless water heater install Furnace Family did for me. The installers were very thorough, professional, and friendly. Today, Kevin Polgar came & installed a new hot water tank for us. Sensational job, extremely professional & tidy installation. He showed further care by giving us tips on how to maintain it going forward. Cleaned up extremely well after it was all done. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Toasty toilet seat My old furnace used to be quiet and the heat was good you could feel it in the toilet seat they were toasty and each room individually could feel like a sauna if you set the thermometer to 20 to 21 degrees which I did not like so much at night because I have to wake up to drink water and set the thermometer to 19 degrees but not everything lasts forever if they don’t let you preserve it.
