Furnace broke down unexpectedly , early in the morning, no heating ! Panicked ( - 29 C outside) , I called to the company who installed our furnace, asking for emergency help, and what i got from call centre was the appointment booked for 12 midnight to 7 am the nexr day. I called to Furnace Family and we're very pleased with the service that this company provided ! Very grateful to have Jeff to come out in na hour and fix the problem. Our furnace died and we needed a emergency replacement.Called Furnace Family on a Friday and got a new furnace Saturday. From the estimator Dave to the ladies in the office everyone was super helpful. But the install guys were the best neat clean job and you could tell the pride they took in their work. Our water heater decided to die on the weekend called a few companies and everyone was uninterested and expensive. Called Furnace Family service was amazing they cared from the office to the tech in the field great company. I know who I am calling for AC next summer.
Great service our unit was not working on a weekend and other companies that I called were not answering, I called Furnace Family and there tech came out fixed us up. Very professional and even gave us a few pointers on making the house more comfortable. Very happy.
