Had a Goodman furnace installed great job really honest sales guy and very nice installation. The people that put it in even took the time to explain how our new furnace works and how to look after it. What a super company, highly recommend!!

Our furnace wouldn't heat, so based upon the excellent on-line reviews I called Furnace Family to see if they could help. Despite being busy, they could fit in a service call the following morning. Jeff came and soon diagnosed the problem (which was one I could not have fixed myself), replaced the faulty part, and now we are warm! Very congenial technician and good service. We've already recommended the company to a friend who had a similar problem.
