We did our research and got four quotes Furnace Family was our clear choice. The estimator was no pressure and the day of installation the crew was amazing you can really see they love their job. The manager Mark came out to drop off some materials and you can really see they are a big family. Great Company dare to see today!

This was our year to get AC and did not want to wait till summer. Dave came in to give us a price he was thorough and very casual not like the other high pressure company. The job of putting it in went very well the guys knew exactly what the were doing. Really good feeling about this company from the first call to the job complete.

I wasn't sure if I was going to get a new furnace, however, after meeting with Dave L., his knowledge and patience was excellent! Kevin, Tyler, Dave (Electrician), Sandy L. and Christine were exceptional in their customer service! Kevin and Tyler were able to provide a couple of options for a small issue and it worked out beautifully! Thank you so much!

Needed help on this super cold weekend, called a big company all I got was a call center. Furnace family answered the phone quickly actually spoke to the guy that was coming out. Fixed my furnace and even offered a refund on the job if we bought a new furnace in the next 30 days. Makes this very stress free.

I was having difficulties with my less than one year old furnace as to the heat output and fan speed. Furnace Family Heating sent their technician, Jeff R***, out to take a look. Several adjustments were made and he was not satisfied with the result. Through his expertise and professionalism, he worked diligently , viewed all heat and air intake vents, additional adjustments were made and the problem was solved. I am thankful that my furnace died!!??. I was able to meet the very helpful and qualified staff from Furance Family. Techican, Jeff arrived at my rental at a time of panic. Jeff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and went over and beyond. I would rate this overall service and company 10 out of 10. I would recommend this company to family and friends. Overall this phone number is now in my contacts for the future.
