Richard, our technician, was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He hooked up our air conditioner and explained everything he'd done in detail. The job took longer than he anticipated because of the construction of the basement but there was no increased charge because of that. This is the second time i have dealt with this company and i would highly recommend them.

Had a air conditioning installed great job from start to finish. From the ladies in the office to our estimator Dave every one was first class. We had to wait for our installation they are busy a sign of being good. The install went extremely well so much pride in their work. I have heard the owner on ched and his pride in the company is totally true. Call them I will recommended them to everyone !!
Efficient and informative. The Technician set up the air conditioner and provided us with information on the settings so that we can make changes as needed.

Ken S. My furnace went out @ -39C They sent a repair crew out and had it going fast. . Decided we needed a new one and had David do an est. and had other quotes. Decided to go with F.F. . they came in and talked us thru the process, and answered all questions up front. Clean and efficient, both were helpful and informative great job!! Also, went with new air conditioner..beautiful.
Had a furnace and AC installed in our home. Great guys doing the work the estimator was no pressure. We were dreading doing this Furnace Family made it a nice experience.
