We did our research and had a number of quotes, we choose Furnace Family because of the honesty we felt from the sales guy Dave. He was miles apart in knowledge. The installing crew was great as promised very friendly and informative.Great job highly recommend. Oh ya almost forgot on the day of install theafy that stopped by to do the heat loss brought us coffee... They guys are great!

Having experienced a furnace breakdown, I called Furnace Family and was very impressed when Nikki dispatched Richard to have a look at things right away. Richard called me while on his way and was able to remedy the furnace issue in short order. From my call to Nikki to inquire about repairs/timing, etc. to Richard having the furnace up and running smoothly was less than one hour. Great job folks.
We got a new furnace and AC installed last week what a amazing experience. Dave came out to give us quote funny and thing we bought a furnace from him 10 years ago from a different company. Installers were amazing kept us educated about our new equipment. We could not be happier go with this company you won't be disappointed!;
We had a new furnace, 2 hot water tanks, humidifier and an air conditioner installed a few days ago. The fellows that came out were excellent... Ross/Matt/Rick. They were very professional, polite and did a superb job! They worked late to ensure everything was done and then Ross reviewed everything with us, i.e. how everything works, etc. He took his time and answered all our questions. We are extremely happy we chose the Furnace Family!
