Happy to have Furnace Family technicians to replace a hot water heater tank for us. They confirmed the date and time they would show up by text. Technicians ***** and ******* are polite and friendly and get the job done professionally and made sure the place is clean before they left.

Another great experience with Furnace Family. This is the most courteous staff on the planet. Quick, efficient, and doesn't break the bank! Our technician was ****. So many times when I have dealings with trades I feel like they are pushing me to buy more. Not so with the amazing ****. I also didn't feel rushed or that my questions were stupid. He was running a bit late because an earlier call had taken more time than he thought it would have but I was appraised and updated the entire time. Kudos ****. You were great!

Impressed with the thorough and organized manner of the company. Time of appointment was emailed prior to date of appointment and notification followed up just prior. They came and did what the sales rep had promised. We had to change the location of the HVAC compressor from original planned location due to access difficulties, but we were able to work together to get a satisfactory location.
As always, they saved us! Responded after hours to a *****message, showed up less than 24 hours later and got our AC up and running! These guys have always been extremely responsive, helpful, and professional.
