I was fortunate to win the frontline hero contest and receive a central air conditioner at no cost. ********* called to inform me that I had won, and she was absolutely lovely on the phone; she set our appointment date to have measurements done. ****came out to measure our house, ****was professional, informative, and his measurements of our house were exact. This company is so dedicated to perfect service and treating customers with kindness and respect. I felt safe bringing them into my home with my young toddler and myself, they are super friendly and care about treating my home with care. My thermostat stopped working over the winter and I needed to have it assed and possibly replaced. I was scheduled an appointment for the next day (even though it was not urgent). Richard arrived on time and even called to confirm he was on route. PPE and distances were maintained throughout the appointment. The thermostat was replaced, I was provided with basic instructions/how to’s and given the instruction booklet. Ron S**** and is partner Michael have installed a garage furnace for me and they did my home furnace and ac last year and they are the best of the best by a long Shot there job is so well done that I show off my company my furnace room. All I can say is wow

Have used the family for 2 years now and have nothing but praise for the approach they take which is to be customer focused. Furnace and a/c check up today, arrived on time and everything completed in a timely manner. Justin was professional and courteous. You won't go wrong with FF.
