We had the furnace family install a house furnace, ac unit, hot water tank, and garage furnace! Very professional and friendly from getting the quote to having the products installed!! I highly recommend them for any work you need!!

Excellent water heater installation service by Kevin P. Friendly, efficient, kept everything clean (and area of work cleaner than before), and provided good clear explanation of work done and of how to operate pilot light. Product appears good at first sight and fit well into a tight space.

The word to describe Furnace Family is “professional”. Dave came to explain options and costs and we scheduled installation. No prepayment was required; payment is due after installation is complete. The day before installation, we received an email confirming the time. The installers Charles and Jay worked swiftly and were willing to answer questions; it was all done in a few hours. I highly recommend Furnace Family. I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed. Ross came the day after I phoned their office to give me a quote. Once I gave the go-ahead, my appointment was scheduled for a week later. Jordan and his helper were prompt, friendly and efficient. After explaining the options, they went above and beyond to avoid needing to make a hole in a ceiling in order to vent through the chimney. The final price charged was exactly as quoted by Ross.
