2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality 0.5 Star : Customer Service Work is incomplete. My door was being painted and there was pain on my door handles as well. When G&C worker attempted to clean it they took off paint from the door. I will now have to go back to get the door painted again.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Very poor communication 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Till I called no one called me 0.5 Star : Customer Service Things could have been avoided and done faster .. no one told us that when we take the car in they will only look at it and send it home all the other places keep the car till it gets done .. till I called and asked a status , no one told me it was ready Seems like when anyone takes messages they don’t pass it to the right person
