The shop would want me to take my vehicle back to finish repairs but I simply do not trust them to touch my vehicle 1 Star : Repair Quality Interior was still damaged. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Color matching to my car was not there, the carbon wing was not placed correctly, and they didn’t fix part of the accident. So no 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Quality was not good 0.5 Star : Customer Service There was no attention to detail and now I have to go back so they can try again.
0 Star : My Experience The end result is spectacular However, I would have appreciated knowing there were staffing challenges delaying the repairs. I can understand their wanting the right person on the job. Meantime I was under stress with a different electric car that I had not been trained on which was no fault of theirs. I am also impressed with the follow-up concerning service evaluation. I will be reminded of their deep commitment to serve every time I look at my newly beautiful car. Thank you!
