0 Star : My Experience Did not like my experience at all. Very low communication I had to reach out to ever get any information on my repair. Was told it would be done last Friday which I set my rental for since it wasn't compensated had to extend it 3 time after that because parts didn't show and I couldn't be without a car so I have to spend over 2k in rental fees. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend the car looks great but i was very doubtful that it would have a good outcome because of the poor customer service from the service writer 5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service The service writer was not prompt in doing the estimate. I could hear her laughing and joking about personal stuff while i waited for her to help me. When i came to drop off the car at the appointed time, she was leaving for lunch. I did not receive any updates on the car until the day it was completed.
