So no 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Quality was not good 0.5 Star : Customer Service There was no attention to detail and now I have to go back so they can try again.
0 Star : My Experience The end result is spectacular However, I would have appreciated knowing there were staffing challenges delaying the repairs. I can understand their wanting the right person on the job. Meantime I was under stress with a different electric car that I had not been trained on which was no fault of theirs. I am also impressed with the follow-up concerning service evaluation. I will be reminded of their deep commitment to serve every time I look at my newly beautiful car. Thank you!

0 Star : My Experience Did not like my experience at all. Very low communication I had to reach out to ever get any information on my repair. Was told it would be done last Friday which I set my rental for since it wasn't compensated had to extend it 3 time after that because parts didn't show and I couldn't be without a car so I have to spend over 2k in rental fees.
