They lost my car key, which caused major delays since a new one had to be ordered and calibrated, and this all happened right around my wedding week, making it extra stressful. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, they claimed a rock chip appeared while it was sitting outside, even though I had pictures showing there was no damage when I dropped it off. The whole process was all overshadowed by the snooty shoddy attitude of the woman who works behind the desk that upon exiting asked how I wished to pay. I chose credit card. She didn't explain that there was a service charge and it could be avoided by paying by debit card. After paying I suggested that in the future she should tell the customer this. When I picked up my car yesterday for the second time and got home I noticed two areas that were not repaired.
