Dear Mr. Shpigel, We regret that we were unable to come to an agreement on the purchase of your vehicle. We appraise cars for our inventory based on several factors such as, current market value, needed repairs, and inspections that we have to perform prior to putting them up for sale. Unfortunately, the market value of used cars will fluctuate from month to month. The market had dropped on your vehicle from your first visit to the next. We made you an offer that we thought was fair each time based on similar vehicles with similar equipment and miles. It was your option to accept or decline the offer.
