As a first time buyer, on a very tight timeline, it was incredible to work with Garden State Home Loans. We worked specifically with Adam Funck who was truly an exceptional loan officer. From the very beginning, Adam was patient and very thorough in explaining each step along the way making us feel comfortable and heard. Dave Warn was truly exceptional. Cyndi is such a professional and knowledgeable banker for my clients! Especially my bulk of clients being Hispanic. She provides them with exceptional service and makes sure they are comfortable with their options and that they completely understand steps going forward. It makes us both look professional, as when I refer my clients directly to her, she never fails to provide a solution or how we get can my clients to homeownership!

I worked with Michael Colella on closing on a mortgage on my house. We were navigating some uncharted waters due to certain family circumstances and he was very helpful in helping me understand the different types of mortgages and how it would all play out. Also he was very patient with us as we gathered required documents. Overall very happy on the level of service and knowledge.

Travis and his entire team were absolutely amazing. They were able to make this transaction extremely smooth and stress free. Our transaction could have been extremely complicated as we are both 1099 based employees. Travis was able to get everything clear to close in such a short time and ended up saving us a ton of money by really working on the numbers with us. Couldn’t be happier with him and his team/company.
