Daniel was great to work with and simplified the buying process. Our realtor had set us up with a mortgage broker charging very high fees for a relatively uncompetitive rate. Daniel was extremely responsive to my many questions and was extremely transparent in laying out what he could, and could not offer. We were fortunate to qualify for a float down of about .5% all while getting to settlement in about 30 days. I can highly recommend Daniel and Garden State for their transparent and efficient approach.

When I was looking for a mortgage to fund my 2024 pool project I spoke with many lenders. I decided on going with Ryan Corkery from Garden State Home Loans because his rates were the best but also because he was very responsive, has a great personality and he made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I don't write many reviews but I can recommend Ryan without hesitation! Highly recommend....Great customer experience all around!!

I would absolutely recommend Ryan Corkery, he was the most responsive and informative person I worked with in the entire process! As a first-time home buyer I called upon him countless times at all hours and on weekends, and I don't think there was ever one time he didn't answer the phone even when he was in a meeting! I cannot say enough about how great Jonathan is. He is great from start to finish. He is easily the best mortgage lender I have used. And I have purchased before. He communicates with you and he will get back to you immediately and if he can’t, he will let you know when he can get back to you. He’s an all-around nice person as well. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.
