I requested information from three companies for a mortgage refinance cash out through Bankrate.com at 9:30 pm on a Friday. The first reply I received was from *********************, Garden State Home Loans who sent me an email at 8:59 am the next day, a Saturday. I dropped the other two companies very early in the process. We had a great experience with Garden State Home loans. We got the lowest rate and lowest APR out of the 3 that we were comparing. Our loan officer *********************** was amazing! He was able to lead us to closing in the span of only 12 days! The process was smooth sailing as well. I have no issues whatsoever with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

When we started the refinancing process on the Internet, we took a careful approach. Several companies offered very competitive rates. Garden State rates, while great, were not the lowest. However, we decided to go with this company because of its rating on Better Business Bureau (A+). Fantastic experience from application to closing. They communicated effectively and as necessary, not making me feel overwhelmed throughout the process. All my questions were answered quickly, and when I was exploring options they were more than happy to provide more information and provide alternatives for my refinance rate and term. Underwriting process was painless and they managed my expectations and provided time estimates every time there was an update.
The process is easy as pie, very smooth and proactive. The company is flexible regarding to mortgage rate. Requirements are very clear. The whole list of necessary documents is available on the company's web-site. I uploded documents once and the process moved forward as a rocket. All people I communicated during the mortgage process were very professional and responsive. The whole process has taken a little more than 2 weeks. I would highly recomment this company.
