AMAZING! When you walk in, you are immediately greeted with a fun, friendly, clean environment and greeted by wonderful staff. My son had no problem feeling comfortable. They have games & refreshments in the waiting area. The exam rooms are clean and also decorated with a personal touch. The staff was awesome! The service was awesome! And the experience was awesome! We will definitely be back.
If you want to feel not only like a patient, but a person, I highly recommend this orthodontics care office. At both of their locations, I have been only met by the most pleasant and professional staff. This was my first appointment at GLO Orthodontics. Dr. Gardner was AMAZING. I've been blessed to see dentists regularly throughout my life, and I've had orthodontics before (Smile Direct - boooo, and regular braces as a child) and I've never had an experience like the first visit I had. I can't recommend them highly enough for how comfortable and easy they made the process. It was a no brainer to sign up. I was very impressed. I can't wait to have straight teeth again!
I recently had a wire come loose on my permanent retainer which can be quite painful and not likely to correct itself! One call and I was able to be seen at the Gaskins Road office the next morning. The repair was quick, done with no discomfort, and the visit was quite enjoyable because of the efficiency and warmth of the staff.
Receptionist warm, welcoming, friendly. Reception area and office nicely decorated, bright, and clean. Dental assistant Heidi kind, professional and friendly as well. Always a stellar service and 100% pleased. Thank you ! You are awesome 😊
