Gary helped me purchase my first property, and throughout the process he was always very approachable and open to answer all of the questions I had. I did not had a single issue with him and very much appreciate all the help that he provided! When we had to sign disclosure papers, he was even open to come meet me at my office building and go through them in person. Highly recommend!
