This was actually the second time I used Gary for a home loan. I have, and will continue to recommend him to anyone. Both times he made it an easy and pleasant experience. I consider myself more of a hands on kind of guy so paperwork stuff like this can go right over my head, but that was no problem at all. He was quick to answer and explain any of my questions whenever I needed it. If you’re looking for a dependable lender look no further.

I refinanced my primary residence with Gary and Peoples Home Equity a few years ago. Gary and his team were amazing. They were able to accomplish a 30 day close on our house. We were first time buyers with not great credit and they got us where we needed to be. Also.if you are a military veteran you need to use Garys team. You know how terrible military paperwork is and his group took care of everything. They made a difficult process very very simple.
