This is not my first, but my second time refinancing with Peoples home equity. I worked with Gary both times. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process. I liked him so much, during my first refinance my mother, sister and coworker also refinanced their homes. The second time my mother refinanced again as well. We worked with People’s Home Equity on 3 different occasions (2 new mortgages and a refinance). The whole staff was great and easy to work with! Everything was explained in detail, and they simplified the explainations so that a non-financially savy person like myself could understand! Gary Krakowski came to our home to make things more convenient for me and my family. I have recommended them to family and friends, and they have had great experiences as well!

We had great credit but because of loan to value couldn't get a refinance deal. Gary got involved and within a few weeks-deal was done. He treats you with respect and always seems to have your goals in mind. He understands the situation that you are in better than most, and will work overtime to get you the deal that you deserve. He is honest and won't promise anything that he cannot deliver. On top of it all, we never left the comfort of our own kitchen throughout the entire deal. Great guy to do business with!!

Gary was very honest and open with me through my refi application process. He kept me u to date and was very helpful in the specifics regarding required paperwork . Gary was willing to meet with me at the time and place that was convenient for me so we could review all of the details. I worked with him again on a mortgage for a second home.
