Michel was a very nice young man! He got started right away, he vacuumed it all out! Then he checked every nut, bolt ??, and changed the filter for me.. Very impress that he didn’t try to talk the whole time he was here except as he was finished and needed papers signed.. All around, the man you need to have confidence in and no mess to clean up👍 ! I give him a 10+

Michael came right on time and did a through inspection. Cleaned the blower and put in new filter. We had the wrong size of filter, so he corrected that . He was very professional and we are happy with Gary Heating & Air serviices.

Michael was the most professional technician I’ve encountered by far! Gary’s team from the answering service to a working AC in this heat was a very smooth process. Michael was straight forward about ETA and was very punctual and communicated very well. Response time for being called around 6PM and having several people ahead of me, he was there before 9 and in and out by 10/10:15.
