In case you didn’t know, since I always request him, Michael is fantastic!!! He is always professional, explains everything so clearly that even I understand his findings. He even tolerates my dogs who won’t hush until he acknowledges them. Overall, on a 1 out of 10, he gets a 100! He deserves a good raise and a huge Christmas bonus. You are wise to keep him.
