1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service When I got my car back, they did a great job on the body of the car that needed to be fixed, but they took out the attachment to my rearview mirror, which is not something that need to be touched or worked on, but it was taken from my car and not given back. I contacted the Pleasanton location asking what happened to it and they said they would reach out to the San Francisco location and get back to me, but I never received a call back.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend Left the car a mess. Did not buff out any scratches or scuffs around the car from the accident. Found leftover screws and washers rolling on the floorboard of the car. I tried contacting them many times despite my efforts I’ve heard nothing back from the shop. Driver side floor mat was muddy with boot prints. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality No there are several outstanding issues. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Here is the review I posted “ This is the third repair with G & C and all the repairs have had issues. With this latest repair the driver's side mirror control no longer works. As I was trying to adjust it to see clearer on the freeway it would only move in. Not only was this annoying it was also dangerous. I'm kind of scared to drive my car. I keep wondering what else may be wrong?”
