When my car was returned, the blindspot light on my side view mirrors no longer work, however, they were working when I dropped my car off. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service When I got my car back, they did a great job on the body of the car that needed to be fixed, but they took out the attachment to my rearview mirror, which is not something that need to be touched or worked on, but it was taken from my car and not given back. I contacted the Pleasanton location asking what happened to it and they said they would reach out to the San Francisco location and get back to me, but I never received a call back.

I tried contacting them many times despite my efforts I’ve heard nothing back from the shop. Driver side floor mat was muddy with boot prints.
