2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service Lo único fue la atención al cliente ,me paso un incidente cuando fui a dejar el vehículo, uno de los empleados que me recibió la camioneta se porto muy grosero y prepotente ,yo todavía le dije "deberías ser más nice " y el me contesto algunas veces realmente fue muy grosero me grito.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Door was supposed to be reskinned. There is paint and looks to be sealant chipping on inner part of door near hinges. New plastic piece for bottom corner of cab is falling off. Side body mouldings are wavy and not sticking fully. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Body shop was good at communicating but some of the repairs were lackluster at best.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality 0.5 Star : Customer Service I picked up my car from the shop and it came damaged on the outside and painted with marker on the inside. Things that it didn't have when I left it at the shop, it's not possible that they had it for a month and when they delivered it to me, they delivered it damaged. Here's the photo of when I delivered my car to the shop, you can see that it didn't have any of that. Yessica medina.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service the planned repair was great. however, we did discovered small white paint drops on driver side mirror and windshield after the auto repair when I got home. sigh. one more thing to worry about. On pickup, the customer service was notably non-existent, e.g. no greetings, no eye contact, just pay the balance. to boot, the auto repair added a 2% credit fee at checkout. very disappointing and not thrilled to say the least
