It should not take 4 weeks to do something that should take 4 minutes. There is simply no excuse for this. Once the car was fixed it looked great but to be honest the entire experience was very frustrating. There were multiple times i was told i would receive a call the next day and waited 2 days before i called myself. More often than not i was told i would receive a call back. I was never informed about any delays in parts until after i called multiple times. 0 Star : My Experience After repairing my car for 2 and a half months, my car was returned to me with a check engine light on, a tire pressure light on, and a front blinker light out. I was promised these would be fixed but none of my calls or texts have been returned.

0 Star : My Experience I am getting service notices on my Tesla that have to do with the battery and power to the vehicle. Because of this there are many features that have been shut off to conserve energy. These were not pre-existing conditions when you took the car so they need to be resolved immediately.
