0 Star : My Experience On September 21 2022 I put in a claim and called G&C to make an appointment for a estimate. On 10/7 the estimate was done from G&C Auto. They said they would call me when the parts came in...No one called me and the 7 I called and said the parts would be in next week. They called me a week later said the parts were in..I brought in my car and a week later they said they received the wrong parts...two weeks later they said the parts were in and a week later they said it was in the paint process...they h... read more

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I know sourcing parts on a 10 year old truck is not easy and that odd things pop up such as the apparently the non stock wiring on my truck. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Uciel was great, once he actually started working with us on our repair. So, he'd get a good 9/10. However, the whole process took way too long and required me to be the project manager on it. 3 Star : Customer Service Same before.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend This is not a location I would recommend to any Tesla owner. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Brought my brand new Model 3 in for basic paint repair. I've now had to return to the shop three separate times, including again tomorrow because your guys managed break something with my charging port while reseating the tail light they didn't put back correctly. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service Re scheduling: I was told to wait for a call that never came. I called several times throughout four months and was told the same thing, twice that message came with evident frustration by the person I spoke with. I called again in month five and was told by a different person that they could get me in right away and that I shouldn’t have had to wait so long.
