They told me that they would call me, but did not hear from them for one week, so I had to go back to their office to find out what was going on. I found that nobody at the office completed the paperwork (the registration part) and they were sitting on it.

0 Star : My Experience Disorganized and weeklong late finish of work. Lots of excuses for lateness and broken promises on completion dates. Paintwork full of orange peel and debris. Painted over two large pock marks created by P&G staff in what appears to be areas created by securement or handling of bumper cover in paint shop. Not the quality or service I had come to expect from Chris Torp at Classic Auto Body or from a previous visit to C&G after it acquired Berkeley shop from Torp brothers.

When I dropped off my car I made sure to ask that they put my car on a rack to check my frame and suspension. Nicole told me when they tear it down they would that never happened. I was told my car was ready I picked it up with a flat tire and no gas. I drove 3 blocks to chevron and took my car right back. Despite promises of a twice weekly check in while my car was in the shop, nobody from G&C contacted me with any updates. Repairs were estimated to take one week, but actually took 2 1/2 weeks.
