I am always the one who act proactively to call them up and find out what is going on. Their technician somehow messed up the handle and the lock of front door on the driver side when he dissembled the door and caused it not able to lock and unlock the door. The vehicle has been with them for over two weeks but they still cannot tell me exactly when I can get my car back

Also found that lock button option is gone on the lift gate, used to have two buttons, one for close only and other one for close and lock.
