Discrimination was also present. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Car was returned damaged. Discrimination and attempted to intimidate me. Looking to Escalate this for a resolution.

They attempted to deliver my car on August 31 (so it would count in their August financials), but the work was not complete. I refused delivery.

The process for getting there wasn't. 2 Star : Customer Service I did all of the outreach to make arrangements for the car. Estimate, drop off, checking on completion and finally picking it up. At the end the manager started to email me with updates but that was a response to a text I sent saying I couldn't understand what was happening. 5 Star : Returned Clean

Instead of returning the car to me until they could start the repair (I assumed they took it apart so couldn’t) they apparently drove it around. I know this because they put 686 miles on the vehicle.
