2 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality 1.5 Star : Customer Service Color of bumper repaint did not match previous color - mismatch with body color of vehicle. A piece of one of the ultrasound sensors on the bumper was missing after the repair was completed, and I am still waiting on the body shop to follow up with me about getting that fixed.

I've taken it back twice and although they did nice bodywork, the wheel (that was hit by a drunk driver while parked) hums with irritating regularity depending on the speed I drive. All they did was rotate the offending tire to a different position.
