We had a spring on our garage door break and were unable to manually open it; happened on a late Fri afternoon and we were marooned with our car trapped in the garage. Called GDI early Sat morning and Aaron was there by 2PM to replace the spring, upgrade long neglected parts and have us on the road by 5PM. Couldn't ask for quicker or more efficient service. GDI is highly recommended.

I called to have a tech dispatched out for a problem not being able to shut the door. Tech (Josh) showed up early the next morning and went to work right away. He found the issue was the sensor on one side not working. Replaced both and everything was good. Josh said a very professional and thorough. Great customer skills.

Completely satisfied with your work. Phone personnel was friendly and dispatched technician who arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call. Jonathan (spelling?) was friendly, courteous and got right to the job. All in all, we were hardly inconvenienced by the spring breaking failure with our garage door. Repaired efficiently and we were back to normal use of the garage door in no time. Thanks.
