I had a broken 20 year old spring and called GDI and a human answered the phone. The other companies were all recordings on the Saturday my garage broke. I set up an appointment that worked for me and their technician Craig, out of Corona, arrived on time as they promised. Great work I highly recommend them
We had a spring on our garage door break and were unable to manually open it; happened on a late Fri afternoon and we were marooned with our car trapped in the garage. Called GDI early Sat morning and Aaron was there by 2PM to replace the spring, upgrade long neglected parts and have us on the road by 5PM. Couldn't ask for quicker or more efficient service. GDI is highly recommended.
