RecommendedVery outstanding installation all the work was done very professionally and explain to me everything that had to be done and how they were going to do it they came in remove the old door and proceeded to make the cut out larger for my new doorThen they installed the new door hooked up my garage door opener reprogram my new book remote opener and ensure that it was working properly I thanked him and said that they had done a very good job I would recommend him for any garage door installation
I set an appointment for a belt and pulley replacement. They didn’t make me aware of their arrival time. They upsell me over the phone to railing with the pulley and belt installed for $269. I give verbal approval over the phone because the grandmother was there. After I get off the phone they upsell her to a whole new motor for $800. They accepted her approval, not the homeowner or the person who setup the appointment, hers. The “manager” says they gave her a big discount at $800. But what about the $269?
