I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. There was a tragic accident and I was left with my fathers dog, Shelby, after he escaped a house fire Saturday night, as my father (his owner) did not make it. I called 3 other veterinarians and told them I wanted to get Shelby checked for smoke inhalation, and they all denied and said they either couldn’t make an opening or weren’t taking new animals. I have been going to Genoa Animal hospital for 19yrs now.I highly recommand them.The staff is the best very caring and understanding and patient.I have put many of my animals down thru the years and Dr Joe and the staff were always great giving me plenty of time to.say good bye and grieve for my loss Dr Joe i trust him in the care of all my animals.The best Vet around Cecilia Hendrickson

Genoa has been my Vet for 7/10 years of my dogs life through routine visits to a few surgeries they always treat us so well and I trust them fully. Biscuit is probably their loudest patient so he requires a lot of patience. We’re grateful for Dr. Joe and all the techs there! ♥️♥️
