My 9 year old Australian Shepherd has been a patient at Genoa Animal Hospital for over 2 years. I am delighted with the care she has received. I wish I would have discovered this office sooner. Dr Heather Spiewak is her primary car vet and has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help and advise us through an issue that was difficult to diagnose. My dog is 18 and I’ve had a big problem with her ears for the past year or so. Brought her here and they got it cleared up and are going way over what a normal vet would do. I’m so very grateful and would recommend to everyone!!! Kiddos for good old fashioned customer care. They actually care about my old girl!!!
The whole staff is GREAT, so caring. I come from Joliet, so Dr Heather can take care of my Miniature Schnauzer. What a caring doctor. Thank you everybody for taking such good care of Roxie!!!!!
I will highly recommend this vet! What a wonderful doctor who looks at the whole patient and listens to the parents (owner's) Our yellow lab had a three pound tumor and a few other issues. He followed him closely for eight weeks. I am so happy to have a competent doctor taking care of the kids.
