Im fed up with this service. They call them selves an animal HOSPITAL. Yet this morning I call with an injured cat in extreme pain and im told I I need an appointment. DONT CALL YOUR SELVES A HOSPITAL IF YOU DONT TAKE IN ANIMALS NEEDING IMMEADIATE CARE!!! Human hospitals DO NOT REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS if you break a leg. Or are in sever pain. I've had 4 of my 8 cats in for visits the last 2 years so its not like im a stranger. I've dropped a couple of grand there for various treatments.
